About the Role
We are currrently seeking individuals to join our Team. The Mental Health Assessor will conduct initial assessments (BHR, CANS/ANSA, CSSRS), treatment planning, reassessments, and/or complete reauthorization requests for clients referred to the agency for clinical services. The person in this position determines the level of service a potential client may be eligible to receive.
Requirements
Qualifications for this position include:
MUST BE FULLY LICENSED - Georgia Licensure as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist (LPC, LMFT or LCSW only)
Complete assessments (i.e. BHR, CSSRS, CANS/ANSA), reassessments, Safety Plans and Individual Recovery Plans/Service Plans.
Document assessments and contact notes, using Electronic Health Record (Sharenote)
Working knowledge of Sharenote EHR platform
Computer skills adequate for inputting session documentation, billing and scheduling.
