About the Role
We are currently seeking paraprofessional staff to
deliver mental health services to children/adolescents/adults/ families under the supervision of a
Licensed Therapist. Services are provided in the home/community and/or school. However,
services can be provided via Telehealth (as clinically appropriate) and must be available for
face-to-face sessions. The Paraprofessional will function in non-clinic, natural settings, which may include the home,
school, and community. Will provide the following services:
● Individual Skill Building
● Family Skill Building
● Parenting Skills
● Resource Coordination
● Crisis Planning
● Crisis Intervention/Response
Requirements
Qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling Psychology or a related field AND two years of related experience OR High School Diploma and five years of related experience in the mental health field.
Participation in staff supervision at least monthly.
Reliable transportation
Experience with Sharenote EHR and utilizing the BIRP documentation format
